We are a non-profit organization dedicated to overcoming the personal devastation resulting from alcoholism and substance abuse.

Medicine Wheel Healing Community provides the resources and setting for recovery, personal growth and transformation back to a native lifestyle. Our counselors are compassionate and committed to those who have joined us. We will never leave anyone behind who have come to us for help. We believe in the "If at first you don't succeed" motto and will welcome anyone back to reinforce and relearn the skills necessary for a happy and productive life.

Medicine Wheel Healing Community emphasizes community, Native American role models, interpersonal community, participation, and group synergy in order to create mutually supportive relationships within the community. Our goal is to replicate a physically and emotionally safe environment conducive to recovery, in which members learn, practice and utilize skills leading to a healthy lifestyle, positive decision making, and pro-social behaviors. A commitment to individual and communal respect and service forms the basis of all community activities.
